Fans will now be able to enjoy 360 degrees, ringside looking into the world of seizing Entertainment (WWE) with new virtual reality content from SummerSlam.
Through Samsung’s premium VR VR virtual reality service the content on the Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition is supported by Oculus, fans can access two WWE virtual reality videos through the WWE 360 channel on Samsung Milk.
This special is the fruit of a new partnership agreement between Samsung and WWE, and it was announced that for the first time WWE released content for Samsung’s premium VR Milk virtual reality content on the Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition supported by Oculus.
The first video provides fans with an entirely new experience, including 360 degree viewing highlights from the SummerSlam weekend – from the fan center, for the crucial moments of the Takeover NXT, with an epic showdown between John Cena and Seth Rollins, and a surprise appearance at the main event by SummerSlam host Jon Stewart.
The second video gives fans a look at important moments from the match between Finn Balor and Kevin Owens on the takeover NXT, specifically WWE Network that happened the night before SummerSlam in front of a sold out crowd at the Barclays Center, giving them the chance to see action as if they were in there live.
